# Neurovia Dynamics — Investor Executive Brief

## Investment thesis

Neurovia Dynamics is developing a functional-material platform with two parallel commercialization paths:

1. **Nanofiber applications:** build from existing spun material forms and historical laboratory observations toward application-specific prototypes, validation, paid development, and strategic partnerships.
2. **Conventional thermoplastic manufacturing:** validate whether the functional molecular state survives melt processing, allowing transfer through familiar industrial infrastructure and licensing at scale.

## Why it matters

Bacterial disease represents a major global burden. Neurovia does not claim PhantomFiber can prevent that burden in full. The opportunity is to create fibers, filters, surfaces, and protective systems capable of contributing to biological-risk reduction at the material layer.

## Existing record

- Film and electrospun-fiber material forms have been produced.
- Historical testing reported an R72 value of 8.017 against *E. coli* MG1655, calculated at the assay detection limit; repetition was recommended.
- The same effect was not observed against *P. aeruginosa*.
- EPR evidence supports continued investigation of a radical-associated functional state.
- Air Oasis documented non-binding commercial interest.

## Business model

Paid development, specialty material supply, pilot transfer, manufacturing know-how, field-specific licensing, and royalties. Neurovia does not plan to build a commodity-scale fiber plant.
